Facility has Red Rock Country Dancing on Saturday nights 7pm-12pm (event area inside on other side of building). Fun activity (pay them at the door). Easy access to the Big 5 National Parks. Access to world renown desert biking trails (outside pavement) and access to city Rec recreational planned wide bike paths (through parks etc). Numerous reservoirs and sand dunes close by (withing approx. 30 min). Close to Big Shots (golf amusement), Fiesta Fun amusement park, Dinosaur Park, Movie Theater, Utah Tech University, etc. All of the amenities of a big city with a small town feel.
