Private 11 acre property - partially fenced. It is high desert, and spacious. There are two other permanent 5th wheels already on the property, but you can park between them - there's alot of room - maybe two football fields worth. I would ask you park there because the rest of the property is not developed and you might get stuck and there is no access. The road in is a typical New Mexican dirt road -- it is rutted, but in dry season, it is very easy to navigate. In winter or monsoon, you should contact me before booking because I will give you an honest assessment about the road condition, and if you will have an issue getting in (and out depending on the length of your stay). The property has a nice view of some cinder cones in the distance, but mostly, it is quiet and private. We are under a burn ban right now because of the drought, so nothing to do with fire is permissible - cigarettes, campfires, shooting guns, chainsaws, etc.
