Our property is located on the edge of a small rural town, 10 minutes from shopping, 5 minutes from the St. Anthony Sand Dunes, and 90 minutes from Yellowstone and Teton National Parks. There are also several museums about 20 minutes away, as well as BYU-I. We offer parking spaces by mature trees on a grassy lawn or in a small pasture. There is an irrigation ditch between the property and the road, and the pull through driveway is marked with reflectors.
