Welcome to Cathedral Ledge Distillery! Experience RV Camping amid rolling pines at an award-winning certified organic distillery in a traditional New England timber-frame barn. Taste gluten-free spirits crafted from grain to glass in copper pot stills and New Hampshire's tallest vodka column. Pick from our award-winning bourbons, rye whiskeys, vodka, gin, aquavit, barrel-rested gin, and maple liqueur for tasting flights or dive into our handcrafted cocktails on a quiet, level lot with views of our namesake Cathedral Ledge. Dog-friendly, family-run, and steps from local dining, this is craft spirit country at its finest. We offer daily tours that explain the process of crafting our award-winning spirits, and snacks and bottles are available for sale on-site.

Distillery Tour and Tasting:

Ever wonder how a certified organic, grain-to-glass distillery produces their products? Come along with one of our distillers as they guide you around the premises, walking you through the step-by-step process it takes for us to craft our award-winning spirits. You'll see how the grain goes from a silo to a spirit in your glass! Tours run from 1pm to 3pm daily, please let us know what time works best for you. If you have another time in mind, don't hesitate to reach out and we will accommodate based on staff availability. After your tour, relax in our tasting room and pick from five of our offerings for flight. One additional cocktail, snacks, bottles, and merchandise can be purchased in the tasting room for an additional charge.
