The Chunky Squirrel is a family-owned, 7-acre, heritage site. Recently repurchased by siblings, the site is adjoining the 3rd-generation farm. The family's ancestors settled here after traveling with the Willie Kiel wagon train from the Midwest. Nearby is the monument to Willie Kiel and the historical family cemetery. The 7-acre property includes a stream, walking trails, eagles, and other wildlife, and cattle nearby. Rehabilitation efforts are underway, with the addition of a water supply. We are excited to introduce you to this quiet, rural lifestyle, outside the hustle of crowded RV parks. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets, visit our historic grocery store, and enjoy the Rails to Trails walking and biking trail. Downtown Raymond is 6 miles and the ocean beaches are just 30 minutes away! Coming in 2026! 2 bicycles for use and a professionally serviced porta potty!
