We have 12 acres total with a mixture of post oak and live oak trees, which I call the 7-acre woods. Parking can be tricky if it rains, so we do a meet-and-greet to keep our guests and their rigs safe and from sinking into the South Texas sandy soil. Our location is quiet, not a through road, so the traffic consists of other property owners on this road. This area is full of history, and we are located in what's called the Crossroads area. We are within easy driving distance of 4 major cities: Houston, Corpus Christi, San Antonio, and Austin, anywhere from 11/2 to 21/2 hours. Victoria, Goliad, and several other small Texas towns are closer to explore.
