Chrysotile Canyon overview and Layout:

All campers will receive a complementary off-road tour of Ash Creek Canyon. a member of the Wilds Of Arizona team will take your through the canyon, and to see the campground layouts, you will also see the remainders of a chrysotile mining city. The buildings that you will see include the superintendent’s home, the manager‘s house, the school, jail, and minor barracks. The Campos or owner will also take you to see the openings of the mines. We have two main minds on the site. One was called El Dorado and the other was called victory. You will also be shown where the waterfall hike starts, and also given a high elevation view of the entire canyon.
