The terrain is a mix of open steep terrain, evergreen junipers, and numerous pathways that wind gently toward the water. It feels private and tucked away — quiet enough to hear birds in the morning and frogs at night — yet we’re just minutes from Ichetucknee Springs State Park and the river.
