Imagine spending a day exploring Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons just up the road and then being able to walk to one of the best community centers in the Salt Lake Valley to soak in one of the multiple pools/hot tubs. Explore Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, or Solitude ski resorts in just a short drive up the canyons. Donut Falls or Silver Lake are favorites for the summer. This is an incredibly convenient location so close to the canyons and also close to restaurants and shopping of all kinds in the Salt Lake Valley. We are a short distance from I-215 and I-15.
