Price listed is for boondocking only. We have room for one spot with electric, dump, and water. This is a RV repair facility with a large parking lot for boondocking and we also have water, dump station, and electric, both 30 and 50 amp. Dumping station is $25 for both black and gray tanks. $10 for electric and $5. for water per day payable on site. This is a gated lot with security cameras and onsite security overnight. We are located 5 miles off of I81 Exit 23 in Midway, TN. 45 minutes to Pigeon Forge or Bristol.
