Mesquite Ranch Campground is located in Arivaca, Az. approx. 60 miles South of Tucson. We are a small quiet campground, with many things to do all around us. The weather is 6 - 10 degrees cooler than Tucson, with cooler mornings and evenings. Birding, hiking, UTV/SXS trails, horseback riding, boating, and just exploring the area are fun things to do. Mesquite Ranch has spaces with full hook, including water, electrical, and sewer. We have restrooms with showers and a laundry room. We have a "Cantina area" where you can use the BBQ's, Blackstone grills, and kitchen area. We have a small pond that is stocked with bass, bluegill, crappie and catfish. It is catch and release. There is WiFi. Our campground is fenced with a coded automatic opening security gate. We are also happy to accommodate your horses, with spacious, shaded horse stalls. While here visit the nearby Buenos Aires National Refuge, great for hiking and the Arivaca Lake for fishing and boating. In downtown Arivaca, visit LaGitana Restaurant & Bar and say "hello" to the locals. Visit the Arivaca Mercantile for your grocery needs. Visit the town of Tubac, nearby, for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing.
