This tiny campground is a refreshing break from civilization. Located just across the meadow from Lytle Prairie, the campground offers excellent opportunities for photography, wildlife viewing and general relaxation. There are no hook-ups for any amenities at this campground. The turnaround in the campground could be tight if you have a large RV, but if the campground is unoccupied then parking a trailer could be rather easy. There is a fresh water spring located at the campground; however, the water is not managed or treated by the Forest Service and therefore should not be used for human consumption in any capacity. A short drive will bring you to the headwaters of the Wild and Scenic North Fork Crooked River, which offers opportunities for superb trout fishing. Restrictions: There is a 14 day stay limit on all National Grassland and US Forest Service land including but not limited to campgrounds and other developed facilities.
