This is a private back yard with a huge shade tree, an apple tree, a large grass yard, hanging hammocks, a picnic table, and a firepit. Across the freeway is Yellowstone Bear World. It is located just a couple miles south of Rexburg where you can access shopping, gas, grocery stores, and restaurants. Under 2 hours away from West Yellowstone, 2 hours from Jackson Hole, WY, and 3 hours from Salt Lake City. Great location!
